Rodrigo Fernandini, a model, actor, and chef was born and raised in Chiclayo, Peru. At 16 years old, he started building a name in the modeling industry and became Mr. Peru World in 2012 at the age of 21. Representing his country in the famous global tournament, Mr. World, held in London, England, he became the first and only Peruvian finalist.
With his passion for cooking, he graduated from the culinary school of LE CORDON BLEU in Lima- Peru. Over the last decade, he has worked diligently in top Peruvian and international restaurants, including Michelin star restaurants, exercising his true calling alongside his natural talent and creativity.
Rodrigo initiated fine-dining pop-up tasting menus back in 2016 with a lot of passion and determination and continues to do it today. Every season he blends seasonal organic products with traditional Peruvian ingredients, creating a fun and flavorful tasting menu. Modern techniques and creative ideas are put together in every course.
